Agree on the place

The family saves the school or a nearby meeting place in Zamily. The person who needs collecting opens Family plans, chooses Pickups, selects that place and adds a short note such as the library entrance.

One adult accepts

A family adult accepts the request, so the family can see who is collecting. That adult can share an On my way journey with a rough arrival estimate. A rough estimate helps coordination but should not be treated as an exact promise.

Close the loop

The collector marks arrival and the pickup is completed when they meet. If plans change, the request can be cancelled. A one-time place alert can provide a separate arrival notification when a fresh location transition is recorded.
